SPEECH PATHOLOGY AND AUDIOLOGY — FEES Title 59 O.S. 601 [59-601] through 59 O.S. 1623 [59-1623] (1973), does not authorize the charging of fees as promulgated under Article IV, subsections 3 and 4 of the Rules of the State Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology.
