Plaintiff McGovern Physical Therapy Associates, LLC (McGovern) brought this lawsuit on behalf of itself and all other assignees of statutory Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits paid to insureds whose Massachusetts automobile coverage is underwritten by Metropolitan Property & Casualty Insurance Company (Metropolitan).
