Smith, J.:

Each of these actions involves practically the same questions. The actions rest largely upon the same evidence and entirely upon similar evidence. The remedy sought in each case is the same, viz.: to recover land for which, respectively, the plaintiffs had signed and acknowledged a deed of conveyance, blank as to grantee, and had delivered it to defendant W. A. Custer, and had received from him the amount of stock in a corporation called the Sonora Development Com*28pany, Limited, which each had agreed to accept for the land to be conveyed to…
