OPINION

GREEN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the 117th District Court of Nueces County, Texas, granting a temporary injunction enjoining appellants, pending final hearing on the merits, from picketing, engaging in carrying on a concerted refusal to work, conducting and carrying on a walkout, and causing by word or deed the breach of the collective bargaining contract in effect between appellants and appellee.
