The sad allegations of this case — and the multitude of companion cases also filed with this Court — are that Defendant Kathleen Garrett (“Garrett”) engaged in a pattern of abusive conduct directed at a group of particularly vulnerable students entrusted to her charge as an exceptional student education teacher of autistic students at South Seminole Middle School (“South Seminole”).
