¥m. D. Grandy died, testate, in the year 1922. He was the owner of about 1,280 acres of land in Union County, Oregon, which, prior to the execution of his will, he had contracted to sell. By his will, he provided that the proceeds of the sale should be held by La Grande Investment Company, as trustee, to be invested and the income therefrom devoted to the payment of certain annuities to his four children.
