Appeal from the Supreme Court. The prayer of the complaint was that the defendants be decreed specifically to perform the covenants in a certain lease of land in the city of New-York, for a renewal thereof, or for paying the value of the buildings thereon, in case of a failure to renew.

Appeal from the Supreme Court. The prayer of the complaint was that the defendants be decreed specifically to perform the covenants in a certain lease of land in the city of New-York, for a renewal thereof, or for paying the value of the buildings thereon, in case of a failure to renew.
