GEWIN, Circuit Judge.
The appellant in this case was convicted upon his plea of not guilty to an indictment which charged him with transporting a stolen vehicle in interstate commerce, knowing the vehicle to have been stolen, a violation of 18 U.S. C.A. § 2312.
The evidence introduced at the trial indicated that appellant had borrowed the automobile in question from a friend named French in Florida on November 13, 1963, and that he had used French’s car on previous occasions.
