Before the Court is the United States Trustee’s Complaint to Deny Discharge of Debtor (the “Complaint”) and the Defendant’s Answer thereto. The Court held a two-day trial on October 11-12, 2011, at the conclusion of which the parties were permitted to file post-trial briefs.
