Missouri, have appealed from general judgments rendered against them by the Circuit Court of Saline County on tax bills for delinquent drainage taxes for the years 1922 to 1926, both inclusive, assessed by the Board of Supervisors of the Norbome Land Drainage District Company of Carroll County, Missouri, a public corporation, against the public highways in said drainage district located in said townships, and for penalties and attorneys’ fees.
