Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (“MWAA”) and Hartford Underwriters Insurance Company, appellants, appeal the Workers’ Compensation Commission’s award of occupational disease benefits to Thomas E. Lusby, appellee, citing four grounds for reversal.
