United Airlines, Inc., (employer) appeals from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (the commission) holding that Thomas M. Hayes (claimant), a former employee, is entitled to ongoing benefits under the Workers’ Compensation Act (the Act), Code §§ 65.2-100 to -1310.
