+ 11 In this workers' compensation action, claimant, Kathleen Kieckhafer, appeals the final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) affirming the order of the administrative law judge (ALJ) denying and dismissing her claim for benefits. The ALJ determined that because claimant had not introduced the testimony or reports of a medical expert demonstrating that she suffered a recognized disability from a psychologically traumatic event, she had failed to meet her burden of establishing compensability under section 8-41-801(2)(a), C.R.S.2011.
