The instant case is before the Court on competing motions for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff Nancy Fisher and Defendants Wellington Exempted Village Schools Board of Education, Superintendent Sharon Buccieri, Board of Education President Patricia Sumpter, and Board Members Phyllis Mosher, Loreen Baker, Tim Butti and Ivan Santiago.
