MEMORANDUM OPINION
On October 29, 1986, the plaintiff, J. Este McDonald, d/b/a QuikPrint Duplicating Services (“Este McDonald”), leased a printing machine to the defendant, Peter Frietze, d/b/a Caribbean Printing (“Frietze”). The agreement included an option to purchase. Because of a collateral conflict concerning the printing of two issues of the plaintiff’s magazine, for which services the plaintiff has refused to pay, this litigation ensued.
