This cause of action was commenced in the district court of Ottawa county, Okla., by the plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the plaintiff, against the defendant in error, hereinafter called the defendant, to recover damages alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant in operating one of its electric cars.
