This action is based upon a claim of a joint venture agreement and relationship entered into by the parties which the plaintiffs allege were breached by the defendants. The complaint consists of 19 pages, 64 paragraphs, 8 causes of action and 11 prayers for relief, including claims *359for money damages in varying amounts ranging from $99,365 to $5,000,000, a declaratory judgment, mandatory and restraining injunctions, an accounting and punitive damages.
