These two suits were, by agreement of counsel, tried together at the May, 1929, term of the Court of Common Pleas for Charleston County. The suit brought by J. P. Chantry was commenced on February 16, 1929, by service of a summons and complaint, and the action brought by Mrs. Sarah Miller was begun by the service of a summons and complaint on February 21, 1929.
