This is an appeal in the nature of certiorari, upon leave granted, from an order of the circuit court of Wayne county dismissing appellant’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
On February 15, 1944, Dorothy Jeanne Bevard, formerly Ives, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the circuit court of Wayne county alleging that on January 8, 1935, she was married to Robert Louis Ives and as a result of said marriage two children were bom, their names being Clara Jean Ives and Robert L.
