The state appeals, following our grant of certification, from the judgment of the Appellate Court reversing the conviction of the defendant, Dan L. Moore, of three counts of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (4), four counts of attempt to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of § 53a-134 (a) (4) and General Statutes § 53a-49 (a), and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of § 53a-134 (a) (4) and General Statutes § 53a-48 (a).
