This is a workman’s compensation case. On February 13, 1933, T. E. Whitaker, director of the Department of Industrial Relations, made an award in favor of Mrs. Jennie Clements Wilson against the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, as the employer of her husband, the deceased. From this award the employer appealed to the superior court. On the 5th day of May, 1933, the judge of the superior court entered a judgment affirming the award of the director.
