Joseph Edward Anthony pled guilty to intentionally or knowingly possessing less than one gram of methamphetamine. Pursuant to his plea bargain agreement, Anthony was placed on three years’ deferred adjudication community supervision. Although the terms and conditions of his community supervision required him to remain drug free, the State alleged that Anthony tested positive for methamphetamine and admitted drug use to his community supervision officer.
