This suit was commenced on the 9th day of December, 1912, to obtain an injunction restraining the defendants from selling certain property described in the complaint at sheriff’s sale, etc. The court below dismissed the plaintiff’s complaint, etc., and it appeals. *33The plaintiff is a corporation, and H. Crenshaw, one of the defendants, is sheriff of Tillamook County and is sued in his official capacity.
