PALLADINO, Judge.
Appellant, Adams Outdoor Advertising, Ltd. (Adams), appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County (trial court) which denied Adams’ appeal from the April 20, 1988 decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Weisenberg Township (Board) and denied the cross-appeals of Adams and the Objectors 1 from the June 28, 1988 decision of the Board.
