GOODMAN, District Judge.
Ladies and gentlemen, you have listened with commendable patience to all the evidence that has been adduced in this case, and also to the arguments by the attorneys. I am going to ask you now to give your attention to the instructions concerning the law which I will now give you. Let me say to you, first of all, that you have not been spectators here witnessing the series of events that have passed before your eyes during the past several weeks.
