Girish Chandra Sahu appeals the District Court’s 1 adverse grant of summary judgment in his employment discrimination action under Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act (RA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, and 1985. He filed this action, which also included a state-law defamation claim, after he was terminated from the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine psychiatric residency program.
