I. INTRODUCTION

The individual debtor in the above-referenced Chapter 11 case has filed this adversary proceeding because he takes issue with the timeliness and the amount sought by One Sugar Lakes Professional Centre Partners, L.P. (Sugar Lakes) in its amended proof of claim, which is based upon damages that Sugar Lakes allegedly sustained due to W.C.
