This action was brought by the administratrix of the estate of William Armistead Boroughs to recover damages for his death caused, as it is charged, by the negligence of James Earl Oliver in the driving of a motor truck. The suit is for the benefit of Mrs. Lois H. King, the natural mother, next of kin and only heir at law of decedent. The right of the adoptive parents to recover in this case was denied in 217 Miss. 280, 64 So. 2d 338.
