KALITOWSKI, Judge.

Appellant Melvin Nietzel challenges the trial court’s order determining the respective parties’ claims against a bankrupt auto dealership surety bond.

FACTS

This case involves the distribution of funds from an auto dealership bond. O’Keefe Auto Sales was a motor vehicle dealer which had posted a dealer bond pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 168.27, subd. 24, in the amount of $25,000 through respondent United Fire & Casualty Company.
