—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a maintenance reimbursement rate determination issued by the respondents for the 1996-1997 school year, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Dunn, J.), entered October 20, 1997, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
