OPINION and ORDER
SCHLESINGER, District Judge.
Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 106, filed September 24, 1993). Plaintiffs filed a response in opposition on October 19, 1993 (Doc. No. 128). Defendant’s Motion for Leave to File Oversized Reply Memorandum (Doc. No. 133, filed October 25, 1993) is GRANTED, and the Clerk shall docket that pleading prior to this Order.
