This is an appeal from an action brought by plaintiff-appellant against defendant-appellee to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by appellant.

Subsequent to filing of plaintiff-appellant’s original complaint, defendant-appellee filed various motions which the court consecutively ruled upon. However, the sole contentions of error asserted by appellant pertain to the validity of the court’s ruling upon appellee’s demurrer addressed to appellant’s third amended complaint.
