Belkin Components (“Belkin”) appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas following a jury verdict in favor of ACCO Brands, Inc. d/b/a Kensington Technology Group (“ACCO”) of willful induced infringement of U.S. Patent 5,502,-989 (the “'989 patent”). Belkin also appeals from the court’s grant of enhanced damages and attorney fees, its denial of judgment as a matter of law that the patent is invalid and unenforceable, and its claim construction order.
