Jeffrey Otis Peters and Marisha Lynn Winton appeal, on numerous grounds, their convictions for conspiracy to possess crack cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute. The United States, in turn, appeals the sentences imposed on both defendants, claiming that the district court erred in calculating the defendants’, adjusted offense levels under Section 2Dl.l(b)(l) of the Sentencing Guidelines.
