Under date of April 8, 1918, G. E. De Golia, as purchaser, signed a writing addressed to the Elgin Motors Company, Inc. The writing was in substance an order for the delivery of an Elgin automobile for the price of $1,250. The Elgin Motors Company, Inc.„ acting through C. S.
