Appeal No. 27464 is from an order approving a compromise of all claims and cross claims between the dpbtor and Fried and Fried’s corporate “alter ego,” Nazareth Enterprises, Inc., hereafter referred to as Enterprises “which are now in litigation” entered February 16, 1962 in the Southern District of New York, Judge Sugarman. The compromise in question has been vigorously opposed by Wolf, a shareholder of the debtor.
