The complaint alleges that plaintiff was induced through fraud and deceit practiced upon him by defendant, and N. L. Merwin, deceased, of whose estate defendant is executrix, to purchase $50,000 worth of stock in the N. L. Merwin Co., Inc., which stock .the complaint alleges to have been worthless. The answer is a general denial.
