—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Stephen Crane, J.), entered July 13, 1999, which, insofar as appealed from as limited by the briefs, denied plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of defendant building owners’ liability under Labor Law § 240 (1), and granted defendants’ cross motion for summary judgment to the extent of dismissing plaintiffs cause of action under Labor Law § 200, unanimously modified, on the law, to grant plaintiffs motion, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
