This matter is before the court on Defendant Republic Bank’s Motion to Dismiss Count 7 of Amended Complaint for Failing to Comply with Rule (b) and Defendant Republic Bank’s Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions Against Plaintiff and Parsons, Behle & La-timer.
