Appeal is from a judgment awarding ap-pellee a divorce from appellant on grounds of cruel treatment, adjusting their respective property rights, and for attorney’s fees. Pertinent facts will be given in the discussion of the issues presented.

Appellant’s first two propositions are predicated upon exceptions to plaintiff’s allegations of cruel treatment on the ground that such allegations are insufficient.
