“This is a suit for divorce by Mrs. Bertha McCullough against the appellant, in which the issues were submitted to a jury and in response to which the jury found that during the time plaintiff lived with her husband, he was guilty of cruel treatment, excesses and outrages toward the plaintiff of such a nature as to render their living together insupportable and that since plaintiff and defendant had separated, the latter had been guilty of conduct of such a nature as to cause a reasonable apprehension on…
