Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered August 26, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree (three counts), assault in the first degree (two counts), criminal use of a firearm in the first degree (four counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
