Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Reilly, Jr., J.), entered June 7, 2006 in Schenectady County, which, among other things, granted a motion by defendant Ellis Hospital for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against it, and (2) from an order of said court, entered September 29, 2006 in Schenectady County, upon a dismissal of the complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ case.
