OPINION BY MUSMANNO, J.:
Eric Christopher Hill ("Hill") appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following his conviction of one count each of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, deceptive or fraudulent business practices, and home improvement fraud. We vacate Hill's judgment of sentence and remand for resentencing.
