The Chelsea Oil and Gas Company was organized under the laws of Arizona, capitalized at $1,000,000, divided into one million shares.’ Mr. Greenless was one of the organizers and one of the largest stockholders, but by 1912 he had transferred his holdings and was not a stockholder or director.
