By these consolidated appeals we are asked to decide whether the holding in Dupree v. School Comm. of Boston, 15 Mass. App. Ct. 535 (1983), that a teacher’s possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it constitutes “misconduct . . . in . . . office or employment” within the scope of G.
