David Borans, formerly the purchasing agent for the city of Revere, appeals ten convictions stemming from allegations of corruption in the construction of a new high school in Revere. 1 We granted Borans’ motion for direct appellate review. We affirm the convictions.

Borans argues numerous assignments of error on appeal.
