Evans, J. —

The accident in question happened on the intersection of Urbandale and Beaver Avenue. This intersection is within the corporate limits of the city, but is at its northwestern outskirts, and in its surroundings is the fair equivalent of a rural crossing. In approaching the street car tracks along Beaver Avenue, the obstructions to the view of the tracks on Urbandale are comparatively insignificant.
