St. Paul Oil and Gas Corporation and J. Thomas Parrino appeal from a judgment rendered against them and in favor of Trijon Exploration, Inc., pursuant to a jury verdict supporting Trijon’s claim for damages for a violation of section 17.46(b)(12) of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. § 17.41 et seq. (Vernon 1987).
