SMITH, District Judge.

Plaintiff in this diversity action seeks a declaration that defendant is not entitled to any uninsured/under insured motorists (“UM/UIM”) coverage under plaintiffs purported fronting insurance policy. Defendants counterclaim seeking UM/UIM coverage. Plaintiff has filed a summary judgment motion (Doc. 19). Defendant Slaughter has filed a cross-motion for summary judgment and to dismiss (Doc. 22).
